TODO: make this longer and more engaging.

Still, I can remember driving home from high school. I was on the phone with customer service hotlines trying to get three brokerage accounts approved at once.

In the end, I would have hundreds of these accounts. Each with just enough balance to keep it open.

When you want to make something, or do something, you need the ingredients, knowledge, etc. However, it gets to a point. When that point is reached, you are officially basketing.

Definition: Basketing Procrastinating with the addition that you’re not aware and think you’re making significant progress. Collecting and learning exuberant and extraneous information in the assumption that it will help do a task that is already within capabilities.

A: “Why does he/she have all that flour, milk, and yiest?” B: “Ah, he’s/she’s waiting to find the perfect recipe.” A: “I see, they’re basketing.”

I read “The Game”. Brilliant shit. Will be rereading it. Maybe it’s effectiveness in life is over exaggerated in my mind, but who knows.
